Bacon! Nice photo. Where was it taken and what are the yummy looking crispy things that the prosciutoo is hugging? Looks tasty!
Thanks! It's prosciutto wrapped around some sort of Italian breadstick things we got from Fresh Market, parmigiano reggiano sprinkled on top, and the dipping bowl has olive oil, balsamic and pepper.
Oh, and the pic was taken on our kitchen table.
Why can't my Chip do something like that ... mine usually ends up bringing home McNasty's!!
Prosciutto is literally 45% of my diet here in Italy. The remaining 55% is - in no particular order - chianti, cheese, pasta, and bread. If you can find it, provolone piccante is particularly good with it!
CarrieJ- all my Chip did was take a picture of the food I fixed.
YUM
LOL! Mine would not even do that. If I sat that on the table in front of him he would wolf it down and go get some nuggets.... *sigh*You may laugh, but about an hour after I posted the last comment he came home from running errands ... with a bag of McD's.
Mmm-mm meatsticks!
i believe the correct term is meatsicles.
